Add the avocado, 2tbsp lime juice and some salt and pepper to a bowl and roughly mix and smash with a fork.
Roughly crumble the feta into a bowl, toss with some salt and pepper, the rest of the lemon juice, chilli/red pepper flakes, olive oil and herbs.
Spread the smashed avo on the toast, top with the feta mixture. Add extra chilli flakes, the honey, herbs and olive oil if you like.
